    • You send us the order details and we confirm your approval.

  2. We pay, and receive the goods

    We pay up to 50% to your supplier once you're approved. The goods arrive at our warehouse in India or China.

    • You keep cash for the rest of your business while we fund part of the order.
    • Goods are received, logged and stored safely at our warehouse.
    • You get a confirmation as soon as your goods arrive.

  3. We check them

    Against the scope you agreed before shipping.

    • Quantity, packaging and quality are compared with your agreed scope.
    • Any mismatch is flagged to you before anything leaves the warehouse.
    • Only goods that pass the check move on to shipping.

  4. We consolidate, document and ship

    Orders combined, Certificate of Origin prepared, then shipped to your port in Africa, the US or the UK.

    • Several orders are combined into one shipment to cut your freight cost.
    • Certificate of Origin and shipping papers are prepared for you.
    • Letters of credit are available on request.

Who can get funding from Aprica?

Importing businesses that buy from India or China and ship to Africa, the US or the UK. We fund up to 50% of a single order, from USD 2,000 to 50,000. Funding is for eligible businesses and is subject to approval.

Do I need to use your supplier?

No. You buy from your own supplier, on your own terms. We pay them, receive the goods at our warehouse, check them and ship them to you.

How is the 5% fee calculated?

The fee is 5% of the taxable value of your goods, for full-container shipments. Freight, insurance and storage after the free period are charged at actual cost. Part-container rates are on request.

What do you check, and what happens if goods fail?

How long is storage free at your warehouse?

Storage is free for 15 days at our India warehouse and 15 days at our China warehouse. After that, storage is charged at actual cost.
